TheThermoBond technique

We use 100% Polyester fibers; using our advanced machinery we can produce items in different weights (45 gr./m2 - 1500 gr./m2), in different width (up to 3.4 meters), in different softness's and in densities.
The products are packed in rolls (regular or vacuum packed) or cut into sheets.

The main advantages are:

• high recovery rate
• even surface
• recyclable
• free from formaldehyde
• flame-retardant according to DIN 4102

Main uses: Insulation, mattresses, blankets, filters.

The Resin technique:

By using resin for attaching the fibers together, we high recovery rate and high volume products.
Qualities such as gentle touch, lightweight, make our Hollow fiber a very popular product in industries such as:
Clothing - used as filling for coats - men, women and children, warm overalls.
Camping - used as filling of sleeping bags (We are the sole suppliers for the IDF).
Home Furnishing - used as filling for blankets (winter & summer), in mattresses and in upholstery.
